As the Senior Importante empresa Manager, you will... : Lead three diverse geographically distributed teams of architects, and software and mobile engineers.: Drive the teams technical strategy and roadmap; crafting success metrics in close collaboration with other members of the Tribe.: Bring a strong perspective that inspires change and motivates engineers to develop simple solutions to hard problems.: Collaborate with many Importante empresa teams, product management, and other functions to develop best: in: class solutions.: Inspire, mentor, and set expectations for team members.: Ensure the team has clear priorities, adequate resources, and understands the underlying business strategy related to their work.: Ensure processes, best practices, and technical strategies are carried out.: Assure code meets functional requirements and quality standards.: Continually improving the output of the team, working with the team tofind ways to improve outcomes and deliver value.: Work with technical leads to make architecture andtechnical solution design decisions.: Partner with Agile Coach to facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.: Manage technical and delivery risk, proactively escalating and proposing mitigation strategies.: Performing essential leadership responsibilities such as professional development, performance management, and time: off management.

Who You Are : 4+ years of experience developing on the Cloud Native or hybrid ecosystem.: 5+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more software engineers.: Have managed a team of iOS/Android Engineers and/or Solutions Architects.: Be able to hold effective technical discussions with engineers and Senior Importante empresa Managers and partner teams.: Be able to hold effective product discussions with cross: functional partners.: Build cohesive, high: functioning teams that thrive in a culture of trust, respect, and inclusion.: Have a hunger to move quickly and ship, but also find opportunities to collaborate with partner teams to build re: usable infrastructure.: Have a track record of mentoring, coaching, and growing their team.: Have experience leading a distributed team.: Hands: on experience with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and paradigms.: Expertise in agile development, including continuous integration and continuous delivery.: Strong track record of successfully delivering software projects on time.: Understanding of automated test frameworks.: Experience with micro: service or service: oriented architectures.: Fluent in Spanish and English required.: An agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.: Enthusiastic, positive, friendly, and has a great sense of humor
