IT Communication Specialist

YOUR ROLE: Identify change management and communication needs for the project to ensure stakeholders are involved, engaged, informed and can access information when and where needed Collaboratewith stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and areas of risk as it comes to supporting IT transformation through effective communication Support development and manage communication strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with for different audiences Develop and maintain communication plans Planning and execution of targeted communication WHAT YOU WILL NEED: University Degree in Communication or English Literature/History is desirable Experience in IT transformation programs in the role of change manager Previous solid experience in managing change and communication (must be a "master writer" and persuader) Brilliant logical thinker, able to learn and adapt new concepts into business environment Experience in working with virtual, global and multi: cultural teams Solid understanding on how people go through a change and the change process Experience with large: scale organization change efforts Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct: control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives Fluent English, while German is a strong plus WHAT WE WILL OFFER: In addition to an outstanding work environment with excellent growth potential, SPS provides exceptional compensation and benefit package, including: Competitive base salary Annual bonus potential depending on your performance Internal Talents' Development Program Remote work and home office possibility ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Foreseen travel: 5 Remote work: 50: 100 Locations: Remote (preferred in Poland, Hungary, UK, Germany)
