About the OpportunityWhat you'll be doing:
- Proactively managing the team on an operational level with employees located in Poland
- Taking responsibility for delivering a strong professional result and driving operational excellence
- Being a member of the Management team and understanding the underlying business drivers
- Making and implementing development and operational plans and setting concrete targets for the team, as well as for each employee
- Ensuring that your direct reports understand how their targets and plans are linked to their daily duties
- Managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
- Leading the team in line with IT Security Strategy to meet short and mid-term targets and plans for your team and each employee
- Driving performance within your area of responsibility and a high degree of proactivity (tools, processes, and culture)
- Building competences and skills (both technical and business) for your team and yourself

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work effectively to meet deadlines and optimize resources
Your experience and background:
- Experienced Team Leader in the IT field
- Knowledge of the security domain and risk management
- Ability to create and implement development plans in the field of Encryption
- Excellent knowledge of Encryption Governance principles to address business needs and design appropriate security measures
- Understanding of Data and Information Security regulations, standards, industry best practices, and strategies
- Experience in working in a regulated environment and collaborating with DPO, Legal, Risk and Compliance, and business units in a universal bank
