Job Summary: This person will be joining Fisher Scientific, Eastern European International Sales Team. Within this position we are extending Polish Sales organization. Our new Area Sales Representative will handle proactively existing accounts, will focus on business development activities and management of our channel partners, expand sales results for Fisher Scientific a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. In Fisher Scientific Eastern European Team everyone feels they belong and can do their best work Key Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets for your designated territory. Complete sales plans for Poland to ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met Make in: depth calls to both direct and indirect (dealers) customers at the procurement and end user level Drive product sales to support key supplier partnerships actively promoting core products and services Work closely and coordinate sales efforts with fellow Thermo Fisher Scientific commercial team membersin the region Regular business reviews with the customers/distributors outlining performance against Key Performance Indicators Initiate regional activity including specific customer initiatives and promotions Stay in sync with deadlines on required elements of personal administration including, but not limited to maintenance of the sales force automation system (Salesforce). Ensure detail is accurate, provided in accordance with company procedures Engage with key suppliers to ensure adequate support from a price and service perspective Possible future career development, this role could expand into international sales responsibility within Eastern European Region. Non: Negotiable Hiring Criteria: Minimum a bachelor degree in Applied Sciences or Life Science. Excellent negotiation skills, written and verbal communication. Outstanding organizational, planning, presentation and social skills. Able to act within a matrix organization Proficiency in English is required. Proven experience Self directed, persistent and goal: oriented Full valid driver's license
