It Project Lead

As an international company in the food sector, we belong to the globally operating, owner-managed OSI group. We are leaders in the development and manufacture of high-quality products for system catering and food retailing.

Our Corporate IT team at the European Headquarters is looking for an IT Project Manager PMO . You can also work for us in hybrid/remote mode, provided you live in a European OSI country (Austria, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, UK, Ukraine).

• Project management and ensuring results in terms of milestone achievement, schedule, costs, quality and risks, as well as setting up and managing the necessary project organization and leading the project team.
• Use of appropriate project management processes and tools and reporting of project progress according to set KPIs to the management and project management of the business units.
• Recognizing the impact of change requests and changing conditions on the project, escalation management and communication as well as coordination with the client and stakeholders.
• Preparation of status reports to track project progress and final reports with analyses of learning effects for future projects.

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or comparable training. Experience in agile and classic project management methods, corresponding certifications desirable. Very good communication skills in combination with very good German and English skills. You find business trips enriching (approx. 30%).
