Job Description:

• Provide independent insights and analysis to C-level management and heads of departments for decision making.
• Design KPI Definition and Metrics to measure country business performance proficiently.
• Design / perform business-oriented, comprehensive, accurate reporting system/ analysis to monitor the performance of the business, to locate risk and to discover potential business opportunities.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
• Work closely with Regional BI teams to drive business performance.
• Forecast and Planning for Campaigns.
• Train operating skills to colleagues for understanding data insights and handling data analysis skills efficiently.
• Manage a team of BI analysts in the country.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Actuarial Science or its equivalent.
• 5-7 years work experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Collaborative mindset and strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn attitude with ability to understand new concepts easily.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of a minimum one programming or scripting language.
• Solid analytical Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Have experience in Visualization Tools such as PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau etc.
• eCommerce experience an asset.
