Position Summary Under the management of the HR Manager, this position is responsible in ensuring the strategic conduct and implementation of legally acceptable Human Resources management function and processes such as attrition and retention management, employee engagement, case consultation, culture management, training and change management by effectively partnering with practice heads and leaders across all levels of the organization. Functional Responsibilities
Conducts career counseling sessions with team members to provide them with a broader perspective of career possibilities within the company, and equip them with the guidance and knowledge to map:
out the career path they desire within the organization.
Highlights areas for professional growth and expansion.
Assists in the handling of team member grievances and cases by conducting in:
house investigations in order to observe due process and security of tenure of each Team Member.
Conducts learning sessions to all Human Resources team members, program head and leaders to ensure knowledge and compliance of the implementing guidelines of the company policies and adequately address labor:
related HRissues in both corrective and preventive manner.
Designs and facilitates team development activities to requesting programs/departments to ensure that participants will be guided in achieving their goals for every team development activities and reflect on what transpired during the activity, highlighting the dynamics of the team.
Represents company during initial mandatory conciliation and provides settlement and Labor disputes before the Labor Arbiter.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources and Development, or any related field.

3 years HR or Operations experience in a Supervisory capacity, preferably within the call center, customer service, or any labor:
intensive industry (i.e. manufacturing)
Working knowledge of at least two of Human Resources processes such as talent acquisition and management, organization design, workforce planning, performance management, team development, culture management, employee relations, discipline and discharge, compensation and benefits, learning management, legal compliance. Have skills in the following:
