decisionmaking, influence and management across the clinical operations teamfor the region made up of México, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile,Perú, working in close collaboration with the leads of other regionsdelivering excellence in clinical output within project parameters oftime, quality, and cost.Ideally based in one of the countrylocations, you will oversee clinical deliverables cross:functionallyand will provide advanced functional expertise and insights from bothstrategic and operational perspectives to contribute to the continuousdevelopment of operational processes to strengthen businessdelivery.As a region lead, you will be responsible for developingbest practices and strategies based on global, regional,
country andsite intelligence and knowledge with a focus on deliverables andoversight of the successful completion of clinical trials for theregion.Essential functions:Drives the regional operationaldelivery team to successfully deliver study start:up, monitoring andsite management with a seamless transition between all phases of astudy and with an end:to:end approach while proactively supportschange managementCollaborates with leadership from all functionalareas, providing advanced global and local expertise to contribute tofurther development of operational practicesLeads regionalperformance review meetings and facilitates meetings to identifypotential risks and work with the clinical team to develop andcommunicate contingency plans.
