GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-known brand based in the heart of Limassol. This company is looking for a Head of Operations to oversee the formulation and implementation of event strategy for all the group's events. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinates all departments and allocate internal/external resources (human/financial) for maximum benefit.
  • Determines event goals and objectives in consultation with senior management.
  • Formulates and implement strategies and tactics that ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Take executive decisions and resolve any internal/external issues arising.
  • Assesses and evaluates existing event strategies and plans to identify opportunities for performance improvement (event effectiveness).
  • Identifies event growth opportunities (revenue, sponsorship, products, services, etc.).
  • Leads technological integrations for events (website, app, back office/CRM).
  • Manages relationships with key event stakeholders, strategic partners, and suppliers.
  • Research market and industry trends that will impact event performance.
  • Conducts participant needs analysis to ensure event relevance and value.
  • Identifies and evaluate event performance (individual and organizational participant performance; individual and team performance; sponsorship ROI; supplier performance, etc.).
  • Discover, analyzes, and interpret meaningful patterns in data in order to make more informed business decisions.
  • Be a motivator for other employees.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid experience in an executive position. Experience in event management or operations will be considered an advantage. Educated to a Bachelor's degree level or the equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field. Strategic and critical thinker with strong business acumen. Ability to problem solve and offer creative solutions. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize. Strong decision-making, organizational, negotiation, and leadership abilities with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple events and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
