What will your job look like?
The Team Leader will lead one of the teams on this major transformation, taking a hands-on approach to delivering best practice solutions to ensure consistently excellent technical delivery.
- Lead technically, hands on, projects assigned to team
- Provide planning and high-level technical design estimations
- Assure technical solutions are compliant with Software Architect, Product Owner, definition of done and planning
- Provide technical support and leadership to team members and other projects when needed
- Support and defend Scrum Methodology and technical good practices within the team
- Support team members to reach their professional goals
- Assess overall team members performance
- Conflict resolution and corrective actions when needed
All you need is...
Deep understanding of Java 8 and 9, Virtual Machine, tuning, profiling. Solid knowledge using standard design and integration patterns, as well as development best practices. Spring suite, mostly core and spring boot, sprint integration or similar framework, spring mvc. RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms. Strong understanding and experience with multithreading, asynchrony, profiling and performance. Architectural experience including solid foundations about scalability, security, high availability. Defect management and branching strategy related knowledge. Elastic search, logstash and kibana. Testing automation with TestNG. Spring integration. Docker.
