The AI/ML Operations is a fast-paced and dynamic area here at Teleperformance and we are looking for ridiculously talented, technology-oriented AI/ML lead who could help us to build best-in-class AI Operations Model for our Trust and Safety practice.

As TP T and S' Global AI Operations lead, you will engage with teams across TP T and S' ecosystem with the ultimate goal of delivering high-quality annotated and labelled data and AI Ops solutions that meets our business needs and goals.

Also, you will lead the formulation and execution of an ambitious research and investment agenda in Artificial Intelligence that focuses on delivering key capabilities to our customers and markets. You will be responsible for gathering initial requirements, selection, design and delivery of scalable AI operation solution following through on all program commitments from our cross-functional operations and engineering teams, and maintaining the customer relationship. You will need to understand the strategic goals of our clients to help prioritize operations tasks and inform capacity planning of operational resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS
  • Define, structure, and deliver strategic projects for high-priority initiatives involving production operations functions using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.
  • Responsible for governance of the AI/ML platforms and develop an AI operating and engagement model.
  • Define strategy for groups within AI Acceleration. Collaborate with other teams to build new ways to use machine learning within various internal and external platforms.
  • Create technology solutions to automate operational reporting.
  • Support as-a-service based subscription models at scale that include analytics and data assets supporting industry and function-specific needs.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve product and process quality and efficiencies.
  • Build a sustainable AI Ops team by continually identifying and recruitment talent, and training and mentoring staffs.
  • Unifying, enriching and analyzing customer data to derive new insights and opportunities.
  • Leveraging in-house data platforms as needed and recommending and building new data platforms/solutions as required to exceed business requirements.
  • Clearly communicating findings, recommendations and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions.
  • Demonstrating deep understanding of and ability to teach data science, concepts, tools, features, functions and benefits of different approaches them.
  • Collaborating, influencing and building consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BS or Master degree and approximately 10+ years of related work experience.

10+ years of experience managing projects or programs including large, cross-functional initiatives across global teams.

10+ years of experience building, executing and realizing business value from Data Science and Machine Learning.

5+ years of management experience.

Work across multiple industry teams across the assigned territory and drive customized strategies as needed to build pipeline.

Experience in working with cross-functional and corporate teams (Legal, Privacy, Finance) to drive consensus and establish operating guidelines.

Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near and long-term goals.
