Overall responsibility for delivery of HR projects including the budget, outcomes, resources, development of the plan and management of risk and issues To review and enhance overall operations requirements/process efficiency by critically assessing business improvement needs against, operational efficiencies and staff costs and optimal organization structure design To support the building of a high-performance environment for the businesses by effectively facilitating improvements & communication with stakeholders, review of HR & organization team performance and restructuring of processes Drive and manage the identification/onboarding of HR system, process digitization & improvement implementations Review and implement HR policies, framework and processes in the region to drive optimal level of Human Capital deliverables for the business organizations Work with the Head of HR Operations and other HR functional leads for Business Solutions, People and Change and the Systems Integrator for the technology/solution packages to develop an integrated plan and manage delivery To lead HR Compliance related initiatives & agenda across the business What skills and experience you will need?
