To ensure delivery of skill, behavioral and sales oriented training. 3 years of work experience in Learning and Development OR 3 years work experience in training development of life insurance domain Industry: accepted standards for training design, development and delivery Processes for development of templates and storyboards for classroom training, web: based training, nuggets and mobile enabled learning.
