Key tasks and responsibilities
  • Responsible to manage all Wallet (eMoney) related services in Lazada which consists of creating acquisition and retention strategy for online and offline payment channel, managing daily payment operation, managing payment channels and improving customer experience during payment process
  • Collaborate closely with Regional and country payments team to support payment strategy and to optimize online payment performance in Lazada
  • Working together with external strategic Partner to build and expand business case to grow Lazada Business and online payment penetration inside Lazada
  • Working together with Lazada's internal stakeholders such as ecommerce and payment product team (cart, order, and payment page) to ensure that we optimize customer experience and payment success rate
  • Partnering with commercial categories, User Growth and any relevant departments in Lazada for the growth of platform sellers and buyers
  • People Manager to lead and groom team members
Job Requirements
  • 5 years+ experience in relevant sector, payment, bank, tech, ecommerce, management consulting, or corporate strategy with experiences in digital payments, product marketing program management, or related functions
  • Graduate from local or foreign university, MBA, or degree in Business or Marketing would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, strong execution mindset, and great attention to details
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage, influence, and align individuals of varying levels of seniority and tenure, internally and externally
  • Comfortable working with both local and globally dispersed colleagues
  • Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using sound judgment in critical business decision making

Lazada Marketplace merchants sell a wide range of products.
