Roles: Deliver business target and brand KPI through developing consumer engagement touch points and trade activation programs. Accountabilities: Implement consumer engagement and data driven marketing programs;: Set up the best practice of consumer engagement programs to build consumer loyalty and drive business value;: Drive and upgrade innovative, advanced consumer engagement models;: Develop brand activation platform including traditional trade / E: Com / OP channels touch points for consumer and customer communication;: Partner with digital, social, media team to plan and execute digital engagement programs to help generate trade sales.: Co: create on: ground events by closely working with PBB team to ignite trade enthusiasm and push for sales results;: Identify brand activation opportunity by matching brands positioning with customers positioning;: Develop annual brand activation guidebook for customers trade communication;: Lead marketing related preparation in retail summit, new customerpitch;: Monthly review of data driven marketing programs progress and performance;: Manage A and M budget and contracts to assure full alliance with financial control policies and executed according to China region DOA.: Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating Measurements: NR and profit: Market Share: Brand equity Work Relationships: PBB: GBG group: Franchise, insights, media /digital teams: Advertising, Media, Design, Digital and Promotion agenciesQualifications/RequirementsRequirements: Demonstrated success in developing and deploying activation programs to achieve both equity and volume growth: Ability to develop creative and cut: through marketing campaigns across channels and medium to achieve brand objectives: Self motivated, disciplined, passionate with the brand;: Sound Knowledge of beverage business fundamentals and franchise model: Excellent Knowledge of Marketing processes and systems Good knowledge of Consumer Insights / Market research: High degree of Planning and Execution Skills: Strong Communication, analytical and influencing skillsRelocation Eligible: Not ApplicableJob Type: Regular
