RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure an agreed baseline and project roadmap is in place, and ensure the strategy implementation program is delivered on time and within budget, having achieved the targets as outlined in the business strategy Manage and run the strategy execution steering and tracking framework, which includes project portfolio controlling on the investments against baseline and the related global approval process Support the workstream owners in the efficient formulation as well as effective execution of the implementation plans, e.g. act as a coach as well as a challenger where required, with a focus to oversee the program implementation and project portfolio management Lead the mitigation resolution of risks and issues to the China and Regional Leadership Teams and the Management Committees Prepare presentations to senior management on the progress and status of the implementation Foster collaborative working relationships with regional and global cross functional partners

  • Ensure effective communication and support the required change management of the strategy implementation Provide the required spending transparency (regional and global stakeholders) and act as challenger where required Interactions with key stakeholders: ? REQUIREMENTS : Proven track record in similar roles in large programs, strategy implementation projects and change management programs with a large executionfocus 5+ years relevant experience and track record in managing a large program delivery, including hands on and leadership experience on program and project portfolio planning and controlling and executive communication Able to lead high quality delivery under time pressure Strong business orientation and client centricity, combined with a self: confident management style Deep understanding of relevant project and program management frameworks, methodologies and disciplines (risk: /issue management, quality management, planning and scheduling, governance, scope management, agile and change management, etc.) Financial acumen, understand cost and investment management principles Proactive and very strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain a complex idea in a simple manner. Including excellent power point presentation skills Strong capability to navigate ambiguity and keep moving forward despite uncertainty Strong problem: solving skills and ability to focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture Ability to navigate between high level executive and detailed, technical conversations

  • Consulting Background with proven delivery track record Program, Project: and Change management certification (PMP, Lean Sigma, Agile (e.g. SCRUM MASTER), PROSCI, etc.) is a plus
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading in English; Mandarin language preferred Based in Beijing, and willing to travel as required Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast: paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively.
