Be You: TheAssistant Kids for All Seasons Manager will demonstrate the following key characteristics: Schedule KFAS staff and coordinate daily duties to ensure proper coverag. Train the staff and supervise them in the performance of their duties in adherence to all corporate core standards. Handle guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping relevant resort management well: informed and ensuring proper follow: up. Master Your Craft: TheAssistant Kids for All Seasons Manager assists the Director of Leisure Activities in managing an organizing all KFAS and family: oriented activities. Create memorable experiences for guests by providing excellent service according to Four Seasons Standards Desired Skills and Experience: Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location. Excellent English and Spanish (preferred) language. Minimum of two years experience in childcare. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
