You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ Provide support in the annual realization of the Original Budget and preparation of the subsequent monthly Rolling Forecasts for conventional products and RRP according to the market at the SKU and CeDi level. Identifying risk and opportunities in the market, as well as providing support in the cycle. 1. Collecting information available from different sources (Forecast Pro, Regional Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, RRP and Operations) 2. Monthly RFs must be communicated to the supply team and uploaded to the corresponding platform with the expected time. 3. Consolidate and analyze the information related to the variables that impacted the history of each sales channel, for each distribution center and regional; to have a clean historical base and to be able to make the initial estimate of the forecast baseline. 4. Develop through the estimating tool (Forecast Pro o others) the RF for the following 18 mobile months. 5. Develop and lead the commercial alignment meetings with the regional Commercial Intelligence supervisors, obtaining the necessary inputs to understand the variations that the RF must have, these variations must be carried in the assumption tracker file month by month. Additionally, hold the demand meeting with the operations team in order to review variations in the plan. 6. Include the information about new launches, promotional activities to channels and the different marketing and trade initiatives in the RF. 7. Update the Sales Forecast accuracy dashboard month by month, which allows visualizing the opportunities and areas for improvement to be able to actuate and improve the indicator. Prepare presentations required by the supervisor for monthly monitoring of the indicators. Who we’re looking for A minimum of University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar. At least 3 years of experience in planning areas (sales and operations) Is a must to have an understanding and proven experience in FCMG. Is desirable to have experience working with SAP. Advanced English level is required. Excellent proven personal analytical, communication and negotiation skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
