As a Sector Sales Manager (Fire Protection: South Region) member you will be involved in the following: - Seek out opportunities to identify future and existing sales opportunities within the Area.. Responsible for annual revenue and profit margin targets by identifying new business opportunities to increase and maximise sales volumes.. Takes personal responsibility for own and team safety and promotes safe working practices across the business so as to cause no harm in the workplace and keep everyone safe. Gets actively involved in near miss reporting and challenges unsafe situations.. Develops effective supplier relationships in order to maximise customer sales opportunities. Supports the introduction of sales of new and specialist products to customers within the region and ensures that all areas of customer expectation are exceeded.. Provides direction and coaching to the regional teams to develop account management and technical skills. Keeps self up to date with changes in legislation, market developments, products, maximises opportunities to continually learn about new products and to improve selling skills.. Builds close and trusted working relationships with operational colleagues to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction are delivered to customers in orderto achieve company's goals.. Manages and develops customer portfolio, offers on: South Region)role you need to have: - Proven track record of achieving sales growth at a senior level.. Proven track record of developing customer relationships to increase business.. Previous experience of customer management.. Proven ability to influence key decision makers to achieve results..
