Responsibilities : Be part of a high energy FinTech organisation and contribute to the development of cutting edge Financial Technology products. Analyze industry trends and recommend the product roadmap accordingly. Organize and prepare analysis needs and feedback information, analyze data regularly, complete product continuous improvement and innovation, enhance the user experience, and be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of online products. Recommend the product strategy and roadmap. Communicate frequently with in: house developers and software engineers for features upgrades or enhancements. Analyze product UI/UX and improvement recommendations. Obtain departmental feedbacks and suggest appropriate product revisions. Coordinate with different teams in product development activities. Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities. Assist in new product introduction and release activities. Stay up: to: date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic in relations to digital marketing and advertising technologies. Responsible for product planning, business process design, functional design, demand analysis, product optimization, etc. Requirements : 2: 3 years of experience in product management in high: energy, productive teams. Ideally, experienced in building financial services products (payments, banking, insurance etc). Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional, confident, assertive Good negotiation skills, ability to drive win: win outcomes.
