What we are looking for is
Position: Mechanical Engineer- Maintenance with 5-7 Years
Education Qualification : B.E / B.Tech- Mechanical
Location: Malaysia.
What we would like you have is experience in rubber / latex or related industries
•design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
•carry out routine maintenance work for boilers, homogenizer, compressor, pumps, heat exchanger, chillers, blowers, and respond to equipment faults .
•diagnose breakdown problems
•fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly and monitor .
•carry out quality inspections on jobs
•liaise with engineering and production colleagues.
•arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
•control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
•monitor and control maintenance costs
•deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
•improve health and safety policies and procedures
•write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
•ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
· Good Communication and presentation skills, · Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
Valid Passport and willingness to work in Multi Cultural Environment.
