• Responsible of Project tracking and follow up with stakeholders, using Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
• Allocate the Project scope into components or sprints, milestones, initial tasks, and delivery dates.
• Establish Project Teams, Governance Structure and RACI inc.
• Setting up the meeting calendar.
• Manage RAID Log.
• Articulate stakeholders involved in projects, such as Mondelez Teams and vendors or external partners.
• Manage Project risks, interdependencies and change requests.

Professional in Business Administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.

Project management certification preferred.

• Spanish as first language / Fluent English
• Expert knowledge on project management methodologies and management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge on MS Project tool and the other Office components (Power Point, Excel and World)
• +3 years’ experience in project management/coordination, with proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple teams / 3 rd parties and both technology and business components.
• Previous experience in technical Sales Force Automation implementations, ERPs and SaaS Platforms project management.
• Sales process knowledge on CPG companies
• Analytical problems solving mindset.
• Able to effectively build relationships between Internal Stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience developing mitigation and remediation plans.
• Proven experience in high complexity software/ IT projects.
• Articulate and influence on stakeholders.
