Job details RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the full spectrum of the financial functions and the day-to-day operations ; Prepare and reconcile all financial statements and related monthly / yearly management reports ; Reconcile and resolve all relevant inter-company transactions ; Responsible for the continuous improvement and formulation of internal controls, systems, procedures and processes ; Ensure strict compliance on accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements ; High degree of integrity and security of confidential data ; Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism ; Handle any other tasks and/or ad-hoc assignments given in the realm of accounting and finance as required by Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS : Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or its equivalent with minimum five (5) years related working experience; Audit experience and knowledge of Malaysia / United States tax will be an added advantage ; Hands-on knowledge in UBS Accounting System; Auto Count Sound accounting knowledge in financial reporting standards, taxation and statutory law ; Posses management leadership with ability to perform supervisory role ; Dynamic individual and excellence interpersonal and communication skills in English Strong analytical skills and meticulous ; Multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines under pressure ; Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented ; Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage. ContractSalary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule: Monday to Friday
Education : Bachelor's (preferred) Experience : Sales: 1 year (preferred)
