Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the AcquiHires existing business through careful research and analysis.
  • Assess major industry and market trends affecting the businesses/practices, and describe what impact these trends may have on the business.
  • Collaborate with AcquiHire stakeholders to prepare business and strategic plans (1 to 3 year horizon) to drive business growth and ensure close alignment with the stakeholders on key strategy initiatives.
  • Define, baseline and track performance against the strategic plans and define/manage any tweaks and/or pivot accordingly.
  • Oversee the management, execution and tracking of all strategic initiatives for the AcquiHires.
  • Understand business direction and needs/problems and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Work with respective AcquiHire Leads to prepare for and manage cadence of Business Reviews including reviews with CEO/MMT and the Chief Enterprise Business Officer.
  • Define a go-to-market strategy and plan for new products and offerings from AcquiHires.
  • Lead and support delivery/change management in programs that are strategic to the AcquiHires and contribute to strategic discussions particularly those with significant operational and economic impacts.
  • Construct forecasts and analytical models.

Job Requirement:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thought leadership with a natural curiosity and a big picture mentality. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in growth/strategy projects and business plan development.
