We are looking for Sales Campaign agents based in Lima to help us ensure the satisfaction of our community. You will be responsible for representing the company by committing to provide a professional and friendly service to our valued customers. In order to insure the growth of the company, we are seeking a sales agent. This person will be in charge of campaigns impacting the acquisition, conversion rate, and inventory.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Work on campaigns to increase conversion rate,
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Your are
  • English bilingual and very comfortable on the telephone, French is a big plus !
  • Not afraid to take the phone to engage in sometimes complicated conversations with our users.
  • Build a professional relationship with our clients.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support will be appreciated
  • You are familiar with the web and social media : tchat, Facebook, Twitter are today spaces of -management of user questions and complaints.

Qualifications :

  • Work experience in customer service
  • Strong command of the English language, French is a plus!
  • Great commercial skills,
  • You support misterb&b and are excited at the idea of sharing your passion
  • Able to follow procedures and policies as established by the company
  • Able to work under pressure
  • The profile researched must like to be challenged
  • Experience in sales for 2 years is a big plus.

Other details :

  • Personal laptop and headset are mandatory to work from home
  • Hybrid job (Tuesdays and Thursdays - office and Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays home office). This may change in the future.
  • A good Internet connection from home will be necessary for the time being.

Schedule : Monday to Friday Office hours.

Start must be between 7AM to 9AM, and end of the shift between 4PM to 6PM

(8 hours work + 1 hour break).

Overview

  • Contract for 3 months. Possibility to renew the contract if the campaign is a success.
  • Training will be discussed at the interview
