Job Description : HII: Mission Technologies is seeking an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Site Lead that will work in Europe to support our government customer.

The MQ: 9 Site Lead will be instrumental in managing, planning, and assisting in the daily operations of the Rapid: Launch and Recovery Element (R: LRE) program to support MQ: 9 operations for the US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE).

This role has the option to be on a Rotational Schedule or Full: Responsible for daily oversight and compliance of MQ: 9 operations at deployed locations throughout Europe.

Provides process improvement and management with government customers.

Manage all assigned contractor personnel to accomplish air readiness on MQ: 9 aircraft.

Coordinate daily schedules to meet customer requirements.

Assist with MQ: 9 equipment and maintenance operations.

Responsible for communication with program office and government personnel in regard to R: LRE operations.

Provides oversight to team members at multiple MQ: 9 launch and recovery sites.

Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities to meet customer requirements.

Oversees logistics, maintenance, administration, personnel, and training functions to ensure appropriate resource readiness.

Provides up: to: date accurate reports to reflect site activity.

Responsible for observing and following all European laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations.

Minimum Qualifications

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.

Experience with MQ: 9 operations and logistics or related DoD Programs.

Ability to interface at all levels of command and leadership on a regular basis.

Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Clearance: Must have a current active SECRET security clearance.
