• Create comprehensive work sequence and plan based on job complexity & priority.
• Check SAP for materials availability and reserve materials to execute the plan.
• Raise a WOs to procure for direct purchase for materials and services.
• Analyze materials usage for requirement to warehouse stock .
• Coordinates with vendors for special tools and equipment to identify resources required to execute the job.
• Input into Annual and 5-Year Maintenance Plan.
• Update SAP status as per the work order flow process.
• Update work plans based on feedback after plan execution.
• Review SAP for approved work orders awaiting planning and update status per the flow process.
• Participate in the weekly planning and scheduling meeting.
• Identifying and plan ‘Opportunity Work’ for scheduling at the same time.
• Report Key Performance Indicators to include but not limited to:
– Percent (%) Work Planned to Total Work Order, Number of Work
Orders planned for the week, Number of outstanding Work Orders to be planned, Number of high and low complexity jobs to be planned,
Number of standard work plan is “library” and number added for the
week.

Requirements:-
• Minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
• Have minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience as a
planner in upstream Oil & Gas environment.
• Proficient in SAP PM module and required to
provide proof of past training in SAP.
• Be proficient in MS Excel, Projects & utilized during
previous major planned turnarounds. Candidate is
required to provide proof of past training
certificates in MS Projects.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and
Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Possesses working knowledge of offshore and
onshore oil and gas production processes.
