As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual BDC-Telemarketing Agent to join our dynamic team.

Position: Bilingual BHPH Automotive BDC-Telemarketing Agent

Job Summary :As a Bilingual BDC-Telemarketing Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our dealership's vehicles and financial services to potential customers. You will make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, a deep understanding of automotive financing, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective buyers.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers from provided leads to introduce our dealership's offerings, including vehicles and financing options.
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive information on available vehicles and financing programs.
• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner to generate interest in our products and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for interested customers to visit the dealership for test drives and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the dealership's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads from the telemarketing stage to the showroom.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, financing options, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the dealership's success.

Requirements :

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers over the phone.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Location :The position will be REMOTE.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: S/.6,000.00 - S/.16,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week

Expected Start Date: 08/03/2024
