The opportunity Project: This is an opportunity to work on a government-to-government programme that is providing PMO, programme and assurance to the Peruvian Government across 75 new schools nationwide. To manage the planning function, managing project and programme schedules and evaluating schedule and earned value information. Assess progress and performance, identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities, and conduct scenario analysis to advise clients on the best course of action. Work with various functions to prepare the project and programme-level reports for internal and external stakeholders. Work with the wider PMO team to ensure robust project controls processes, systems and tools are applied to the programme, advising, training, and monitoring their implementation, with a continuous improvement focus. Train and coach client personnel on all planning functions, covering project to PMO roles, progressively increasing client maturity level. Your responsibilities will include: - Reading, understanding and enforcing all PEIP and Koulu process and procedure guides for the programme. - Ensuring that all relevant EDMS project protocols are issued to the project team, design teams and sub-contractors and adhered to. - Quality Assure (QA) checks all information coming onto the system daily and processes in accordance with the EDMS project protocols. - Creating, managing and updating the EDMS document issue groups as per the agreed distribution matrices. - Maintaining the project work package list and ensuring documents are being assigned to work packages as per the Koulu guidelines - Running weekly reports on overdue actions and exceptions for the design team, subcontractors and project managers. - Conducting weekly audits of the EDMS system to ensure all information has been captured, checked and distributed correctly. - Administering the EDMS system to ensure companies and users have been added to the system and their permissions set up correctly and as per the Koulu guidelines.
