The Lumileds environment is fast: paced, cutting: edge, intelligent and fun We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team To learn more, visit Lumileds What You Will Do: - Design of custom L1 and L2 product based on ISS including Light engine driver design, PCB layout design, thermal interface, electrical interface and mechanical interface. - Contributes ideas and facilitate work team in developing new custom L2 products. In: depth knowledge in technologies and DFM methodology and their latest development withinthe field. - Solve complex technical issues which require innovative ideas and technical insight, solutions require customer interface, technical leadership, planning and organizational skills. Ability to solve complex problems by redefining/improving known techniques/technology within/across projects. - DRBFM documentation and others that comply to ISO requirements. P What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications): - BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent engineering field with at least 5 years of experience in PCB and Electronic hardware design. - Knowledge and exposure in SMT and LED packaging requirements and specifications. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge on structured improvement and problem solving approach. - Ability to manage sub: con and supplier. - Experience in thermal analysis experience and using engineering software such as Altium /Cadence, AutoCAD, JMP, GD and T will be an advantage. - Willing to travel internationally for project related management and speaking engagements.
