Honeywell PSSsproducts are sold worldwide through a network of distributors and channelpartners.THE JOB: Sales Leader Strategic Solution Partners and Alliances for EuropeAs part of the European sales leadership team, the individual appointedto this position will be responsible to create and execute the strategicdevelopment plan for our PAN: European solution partners, top 20 regional solutionpartners and key software alliance partners.The role will be mainly focused to develop existing partnersrelationships and strategic plans by driving targeted initiatives to create newbusiness opportunities and a clear preference for Honeywell by the strategicpartner. In addition to this, the role is engaging withour strategic alliancepartners and will establish a joint front line customer engagement plan inorder to find new customers. This position will suit a focused and strong sales leader who can provea successful multi cultural sales background and successful C: Level engagement.The role will involve travel, evenings away from home and carryambitious sales targets and quarterly objectives. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and develop the business with our strategic partners in Europe and achieve the targets set around these partnersDevelop strategic sales development plans with our existing strategic partners to drive a consistent increase of our share of demand Create a new engagement model for our strategic alliance partners and establish a new front line sales engagement modelExpand the Honeywell solution content which is offered by and promoted by our partnersFind new solution partners and alliance partners who can help to expand our SAAS business Orchestrate and guide the regional Channel Managers to execute on the development plans in the countries of our partnersHold regular quarterly business reviews to measure progressUnderstand matrix and functional management and work with team members and peers to drive a common goal Embrace and deliver change to the business in a positive, understanding and forward: thinking mannerEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years continuous and successful Sales and Sales leadership experience Auto ID / Retail / Transport and Logistics or Supply Chain solutions background is a plus Successful and demonstrable track record of sales leadership achievement across multiple countries and cultures Ability to demonstrate and articulate the experience in working with a partner networkFluent in English IT literate Understanding and articulate basic business finance terms Ability to prepare a business plan that includes financials, marketing and staffing justifications Competent author
