Scope : Manage order entry process, and scheduling appointments in accordance with customers’ requirements. Ensure inventory is properly allocated to the order, and credit and prices are validated. Follow up with operations and distribution team to ensure product is delivering on time.

Job Description :

  • Confirm the inventory of materials required by the customer, to ensure timely delivery of the Purchase Orders
  • Validate each Purchase Order in system, for the delivery of necessary documentation for the reception of the required material
  • Capture each purchase order in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with the Distribution Center the delivery of the order for the timely delivery of the requested product
  • Coordinate, ensure and follow up with logistics for the timely delivery of products
  • Periodically provide inventory information to stakeholders
  • Preparation of monthly reports, and presentations and statistics for management
  • Point of contact sales force and customers
  • Review purchase orders in the case have a problem report this information to commercial area, such as credit issues, expiration of Purchase orders
  • Generate appointment tracking report and review with distribution center and Logistic management.
  • Book appointments in accordance with customer guidelines
  • Daily billing and posting of all the deliveries
  • Follow up mercado libre orders
  • Processing of Credit Notes all customers.
  • Daily cuts with information sent to the warehouse to process orders in general.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of Market Place to ensure the information in GP and in the marketplace matches, applicable to Chile, Argentina, and Peru
  • Work with the different stakeholders involved in the ecommerce environment to Solve issues. 3PL, Marketplace, IT, etc.
  • Ensure Ecommerce related invoices are paid on time, applicate to Chile and Argentina.
  • Review of Marketplace documentation is correctly confirmed and posted on the system, applicate to Chile and Argentina.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, accounting, or business field,
  • Solid Excel practical knowledge
  • 2 years minimum experience in a similar position
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience managing orders and booking appointments for the major retailers
