Engaged in the payroll function by way of verifying the time sheets. : Manage monthly payroll processing of local employees and submission of monthly statutory payment and reports, including PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Levy contribution. Recruitment, Employee Orientation, Development and Training

Administer the payroll, review salaries and advise on remuneration benefits and employment law.

Review and analyse monthly financial performance of the company by clipping the expenses. : Establish salary structures, compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market to attract talent and ensure internal equity to retain talent. : Produce and submit weekly reports on general HR activity. : Maintain and review the Company's HR Policy, SOPs and recommend improvements on HR practices and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations. : Liaison with Immigration System, KDN, PIKM, SOCSO, EPF, JPN, ROC, ROS dan lain lain. : Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements. : Maintain records records related to grievances, performance review, disciplinary actions Issuing Show cause letters, suspension and or termination. : Maintain HR Records Personal file, personal database, leave record, attendance tracking of all employees in a proper and efficient manner.

Prepare the necessary documents induction pack, personal particular form, access /ID cards acknowledgement form, staff manual acknowledgement form and IT policy acknowledgement form and other materials staff ID, Door access card, season pass parking card for new staff/intern. : : Prepare andcarry out employees annual performance appraisal exercise and salary review : : Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data, organizing and updating employee files and overseeing employee orientation and training, among other duties.

To check and verify monthly overtime form OT before 5th of every month and pass to Finance Department.

Help improve the company's SOP's for documentation where necessary so company SOP flow can be more efficient. Good writing skills.

Undertakes other duties as assigned from time to time. A very independent person.

Maintain relationships with training providers, consultants and professional industry associations.

Implement and maintain a Learning Management System. : Responsible for the timely and accuracy of payroll administration and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
