Industrial Engineer

To establish standardize work through time studies, MTM/UAS on process and optimizes the line balancing with evaluated time studies by using STAB and VT analysis. To lead and coordinate the lean: waste identification program for the plant by identifying waste and propose key improvements potential to area owners and management. To drive and lead project /teams to achieve cost reduction, process improvement and layout optimization to meet the company goal. To create and implement pull system such Kanban system, JIS or levelling to optimize material and information flow at the production line. To perform work study and analysis, which include setting standard for Equipment? s Capacity and Utilization, People Productivity, Part storage and Inventory Management, Cycle Time, Handling / Motion Method and Manufacturing Process Flow Layout. Conduct process review from NPI and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time. Leading production line layouts, equipment and product storage / handling setup, Importante empresa / capacity requirements planning.
