Main Purpose: Active participation to maintain good community relations affairs throughout our area of influence that included communities, districts, and religious or educational government? s institutions. Beware that all social agreement acquired by company through contracts are being fulfilled. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Communication Science or Social Work. A minimum of 5 years related job experience in mining sector. English: oral and written Intermedium. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with teamwork skills and personnel management Keeping safety above all else, respect, raising the bar, commitment and doing the right thing. Strong collaboration skills that enable building strong, positive relationships with diverse groups. The ability to anticipate potential problems and check for out-of-the-ordinary conditions, as well as having a strong sense of accountability Strong leadership experience and greatcommunication skills. Teamwork and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Knowledge of community? s laws, contract agreements statements, RSE laws and company policies related to community relations management. Stablish base line per community according to its sectors. Propose social programs canalization and follow up its executions. Prepare monthly reports that indicated community clerks progress in order to feedback them when it is necessary. Prepare dashboard to measure company progress related to community affairs programs and social agreement contract. Coordinate donations requested by company or FIC. Feedback Community Affairs Superintendent related to any action taken or relevance events. Key Relationships and Department Overview: Reporting to Community Affairs Superintendent, the Community Affairs Coordinator plays a key role in company in order to maintain healthy relationships with local communities. Build strong relationship with communities stakeholders in order to coordinate and negotiate when it is necessary.
