With the execution of the #WorkforHer and HOPE programs, the Corporate Social Responsibility team is providing intensive training in English, customer service skills and psycho-emotional support for recent high school graduates from public schools, with the objective of preparing them for a job position at the company.The English Teacher is responsible for designing the curriculum of English classes from Basic to an Advanced Level including all resources and activities to be implemented during the development of the employability programs HOPE and #WorkforHer. It must have a strong experience in teaching the English Language, in addition to having customer service experience in call centers and a strong inclination to work with at-risk youth.
