Purpose : To support the Key Account business to achieve sales and market strategy objectives in alignment with its specific role in our WHS ecosystem. To ensure a reliable, adequate, and competitive customer service level.

Work alongside KA Director and direct reports to achieve profitable and sustainable market share growth, while respecting adidas group brand image to ensure key account target achievement.

Key Responsibilities : Represent the assigned accounts internally as an "ambassador" towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces. Accomplish the Net Sales and Standard Margin targets of the account and WHS. To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and develop the account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign-off by the direct superior, secure implementation, and exploit opportunities. Continue monitoring the sell-out, Market Share evolution and the order book as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account. Analysis proficiency in the forecasting of sell in and sell out KPIs of the account. Negotiate and enforce adidas trade terms. Ensure customer compliance with agreements (i.e., OB guidelines and trade terms) Monitor and report on customers and competitors' activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions. Assure GTM efficiency in every stage. Negotiate and align with the Business Units/Concept-to-Consumer Managers the assortment and activations that are needed for the account to win in the market. Lead joint business plan (top to top) meetings with SKA every 6 months. To visit local and international marketplaces to follow up strategy evolution and seek for new opportunities. Seek for additional businesses and incremental spaces in accounts POS physical and digital. Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports and measure them. Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job. Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives. Ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: To represent the assigned accounts internally as an "ambassador" towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces. Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems. Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge. Broad knowledge in managing people skills and team building. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Advanced excel (Power BI) High English proficiency. 3 years in commercial areas. As manager of Experts 2 - 3 years management experience required.
