YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage potential clients and influencers such as architects, designers, etc. delivering technical training and support with a focus on in-depth and specialized product knowledge
  • Proactively initiate contact with new prospects, scout and exploit new business opportunities and actively promote high-end products
  • Contribute to market expansion by pinpointing untapped sectors
  • Strategically plan and execute technical events
  • Lead projects through all stages until contract award, generating regular reports on projects and business partners and maintaining precise documentation of specifications and communication with specifiers
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships
  • Grasp the trends, demands and specific requirements of construction professionals in the company’s operational region
  • Stay abreast of industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Tackle technical challenges from the specification phase to product installation, delivering effective solutions

YOUR PROFILE

  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of construction materials and specifications
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Office package and CRM Sales Force
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the working time and no legal impediments to travel to Europe or the United State
