Credit Policy Manager

Ensure all relevant credit policies guidelines / manuals are updated timely and accurately. Ensure local credit policies consistent with Group guidelines and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Assist in preparation of credit / risk reports / updates to various stakeholders including local management / Board, Group office as well as external parties such as BNM / MAS. Ensure credit policy memorandums are prepared, reviewed timely and meet the required objective. Ensure timely policy sharing with credit approver team in ensuring clear understanding for effective and timely implementation. Closely monitor portfolio performance to manage credit quality and pre: empt potential broadening of credit deterioration. Actively participate in and manage credit risk related projects, if any. Execute management action plans and addressing areas of improvement for BNM, MAS as well as Internal and External Audit findings.

Qualifications : At least 2: 5 years of relevant credit underwriting / policy experience. Possess a recognized Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines. Good analytical, written, interpersonal and communication skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills Possess processional credit certification would be an added advantage.
