I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in
**Latin America** for a Node.JS Tech Lead to work on a project for a client which is
**one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and provide mentoring to a cross-functional development team, including Node.js developers.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure that coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles are followed by the development team.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, providing guidance and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Node.js.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
**Requirements for this challenge**:
- Great Spanish and English (B2 or C1) communication
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in Node.js development.
- Strong expertise in Node.js development, including architecture, customization, and optimization
- Experience with Payment Methods projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
**Nice to have**:
- Proficiency in related technologies and tools such as AWS, Kafka, React, REST, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
