Lead the long term sustainable and profitable growth of the business, integrating all the value chain in generating demand, with focus in the consumer and our brands
**Un día en la vida de...**:
- Develop the category focusing in long and short term; and the same time, guarantee growth and profitability in the P&L.
- Constantly review the relationship between de consumer and business numbers (with vision in the medium term, year basis and quarter reviews)
- Deeply knowledge and management of KPI (Macro, Business, Competency, other that impact the business)
- Develop deep consumer knowledge (insight, habits, behaviors) and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop clear and inspiring Brand Essence and Vision (developed or applied from SBU / Regional LATAM team)
- TS Budget invested review, ensuring compliance with the investment planning process and ensuring the planning of NNS.
- Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts
- Deliver tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within category in a way that contributes to CSV
**Lo que te hará exitoso**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience. At least 3 of them in Marketing, the other 2 could be in disciplines such as: Innovation & Renovation and/or Sales, and/or CCSD, and/or MKT, Communication & Services.
- Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
- Experience in Modern Trade
- Capable to motivate partners and teams
