Strategy and Planning Establish, maintain and implement strategies, goals and objectives for Regional HR Systems unit and align with Group HR strategies. Develop and maintain HR system and provide reporting tool to help in decision making and analytics. Translate business needs into clear system requirements and drive implementation. Strategic planning on future enhancement for current HR system. Business Performance and Management Lead Regional HR Systems team preparing and supporting a variety of complex reports or queries and develop user guides and system documentation. Provides system technical advice and support to HR heads to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with regional HR peers in promote and expanding YODA module in order to maximise utilisation by non: MIST countries Monitor performance of Oracle to ensure availability of system in accordance with the provision fo the contract. People Management how skills. Manages the performance of the management team. Educate and guiding peers on Regional HR Systems functions. Regulatory Compliance Ensures all operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations (eg MAS)
