Formulate, implement, and manage overall campaign strategy in partnership with Product Marketing and Japan and Korea Sales Directors to develop programs that will contribute and align with Product Strategy and Revenue goals Define goals and metrics for campaign activities and measure effectiveness of programs to track multi: touch attribution, ROI, and performance. Establish reporting in market and work with Analytics team to leverage data and insights to inform marketing campaign strategies, such as leads, conversions and opportunities through Salesforce, Marketo, Smartsheet and other digital channels. Manage and brief agency, and freelancers to implement and roll outomni: channel campaign and programs across social, SEM/display, search, and events. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and manage marketing activities across the territory whilst advocating and delivering innovative marketing expertise Ensure all local activities comply with company brand guidelines and local regulations. Managing and maximising campaign and other marketing budget and spend for region Essential Skills and Experience Required: Solid experience of Microsoft O365 and Smartsheet Solid knowledge and experience in Social Media Marketing Solid knowledge and experience in SEM and SEO Good Knowledge of digital optimisation Experience in Content Management Systems, Sitecore preferred Advanced knowledge and experience in Marketo: certification desirable Good Knowledge and experience in ABM campaigns Experience in campaign planning and advanced knowledge of Customer journey mapping A Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related qualification Good command of English Business level Japanese and ideally Korean Good business writing skills Solid ability to present information in one to one and small group situation Advanced ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines A thorough understanding of the healthcare market and Information Technology Services B2B industry
