Lead, strategize and plan contract management activities for TM ONE Public Sector projects in collaboration with Sales Enterprise to create value in line with project requirement and the company's business functions and policies. Critical Contract Management activities includes the development of best practice Business Arrangement contract management from Customer/Seller perspective, E2E contract management role and consultancy to facilitate resolutions in order to ensure the effectiveness of process and procedures of contract management, administration and successful implementation of TM ONE Enterprise projects. Area of Responsibilities 1. Analyze and report on request for Central Contract utilization. 2. Lead Contract Manager in Customer's Project, Co Team/ Mirror by develop, implement and manage the process and procedures of contract management and administration in line with company business functions and policies. 3. Verify Tender proposal on business and commercial terms and conditions, evaluate and identify any gap, process revision etc and give business and commercial contractual advice. 4. E2E verification of Contract/Agreement (including Bid document) based on the project requirement focusing on the commercial provisions, evaluate and identify any gap, process revision etc and give commercial contractual advice. 5. Monitoring and manage establishment of Contract/Agreement. 6. Verify and Track completeness and accuracyof contract management and administration. 7. Establish regular engagement and communicate with internal users and sub contractors. 8. Analyze monthly reporting to ensure end: to: end and accurate contract management and administration of TM ONE Public Enterprise Customer Contracts (First Level) and TM ONE Public Enterprise Supplier Contracts (Second and Third Level). 9. Establish regular engagement and communicate with internal users, sub contractors and customer. 10. Analyze and verify contract status throughout the contract validity. Job Requirements 1.
