Misión:
Provides strategic direction, leadership and oversight for the Small Business in Peru ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are supported in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?
•Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
•Analyze the market to detect business opportunities and risks and determine implementation of new strategies in order to increase our market participation.
•Define the business strategy of the Small Business as well as develop the annual Strategic Plan and action plans to maximize the Bank's profitability and Market share.
•Design the overall Pricing strategy and Customer Experience Model for the segment coordinating its execution with other product areas.
•Define the rules and procedures of the segmentation model and ensure compliance. Provide each customer segment with an adequate value offer which allows the Bank to strengthen relationships with each client.
•Design the value offer and marketing campaigns in coordination with the areas involved in order to maintain competitive products in the market and promote cross sell with other retail products to maximize the ROE of the client/product as well as the profitability and goals of the business.
•Participate in the determination of prices and margins, as well as the communication plan for the new products, in the appropriate delivery channels, pursuing the best profitability in order to follow up of the definition and compliance of conditions in which the products are offered
•Define with the credit area (local), special policies to meet the needs of each segment as well as the sales parameters to achieve a better return of the products.
•Promotes and ensures the compliance of goals set under the stablished Budget and profitability indexes that maximizes the results of the segment through the development and monitoring of officials of the commercial channels. Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.
•Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
•Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
• Graduate degree of Economist or Industrial Engineer and master’s in business administration or Finances.
• MBA degree required or specialization in business management
• High level business awareness of Financial Project Valuation, Real Estate Business, Finances and Strategic and an intermediate level of Strategic Planning.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office;
• Advanced communication and commercial skills with the ability to strategic thinking, customer and result focus.
• Fluency in English
