Senior Consultant for Delivering Deal Value Technology Advisory/Deals Due to the continued success and increasing demand for our services, our fast: growing Delivering Deal Value DDV team, within PwC Deals, is seeking to enhance its capabilities in Buenos Aires,. Our team assists both corporate and private: equity clients in a wide range of operational and transformational challenges driven by M and A activity. We help executives delivering and creating value from acquisitions and divestitures across the deal continuum. As part of the transaction process, our team members develop a rapid understanding of the clients business in order to quickly assimilate the key issues, synergies, risks and upsides around a transaction. Due to the global nature of the deal environment, our DDV organisation works and collaborates with international teams in Europe. Role description The DDV Technology consultant will primarily focus on supporting the execution of IT initiatives throughout the M and A lifecycle. You will be involved in the assessment including functionality and the underlying processes of the entire IT landscape. Skills and experiences You have completed your studies Bachelor, Master or PhD / MBA in business informatics, computer science, business administration / engineering with IT: related qualifications or a comparable qualification with above: average success. You have professional experience 1: 4 years across critical components of IT, in one or more of the following focus areas: Digital architecture IT projects IT infrastructure / Cloud computing IT organizations and processes You have excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems You have a good knowledge of interaction between business and technical topics.
