Senior Key Account Officer

Summary: Your Main Responsibilities are, but not limited to: Prepare Request for Quote (RFQ) documents and spot quotations and submit to Global Accounts (GA) and follow up the progress of the offer; Work in tandem with the pricing team and other related departments to deliver the customers? requirements; Filing of rates and Customer Space Allocation (CSA) in the system; Monitoring and ensuring that awards given are supported fully; Arrange and attend Business Review (MBR, QBR etc.); Partnering with the Agency Network teams in order to provide best customer solutions and business development opportunities at local level; Perform data analysis in general customer specific and GAs department and generate reports for both internal and external stakeholders; Assist GAs? daily requirements, including, but not limited to RFQ pricing, space management, local issue escalation, general rate enquiries, etc.; Other relevant ad-hoc tasks, as and when assigned by reporting manager ; Requirements : Minimum diploma in Maritime Studies (Shipping), Supply Chain or equivalent ; Preferably with 4 to 6 years of working experience in Account Servicing within the container shipping industry or relevant logistics and supply chain firms; Proficient knowledge in shipping and logistics industry or any relevant areas; Significant customer facing exposure and direct account servicing experience; Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal and communication skills in fast-paced environment with good analytical skills; Problem solving skills, troubleshooting and interpret data; Microsoft office proficiency ? excellent, eg.
