Strategy and Operations Lead

Job Description Get to know our Team: As part of the Outer Cities team, you will lead projects and strategies for Transport, Food and Mart across more than 20 cities in Malaysia. This role is a combination of data analysis, strategic thinking and project management. The inter: disciplinary role collaborates with many teams in Grab, including strategy, operations, commercial and marketing teams. Get to know the Role: If youre a problem solver, likes a good challenge and enjoys collaborating with many stakeholders, this role would be the perfect fit The role involves defining overall strategies, from ideation to experimentation to implementation. Identify opportunities for revenue and demand growth, and work with cross: functional teams to execute initiatives / experiments. Define hypotheses, develop and execute necessary tests, experiments, and analyses to prove or disprove them. Able to perform complex analysis based on problem statements. Effectively communicate the results of analyses or new concepts across to business stakeholders and the Outer Cities teams. Able to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making. Optimise current settings and frameworksacrossall Outer Cities depending on current marketplace conditions, across consumer, driver and merchant fronts. Able to drive operational efficiencies and improvements where needed. Build dashboards and insights for Transport, Food and Mart related data to guide business strategies and facilitate tracking of business metrics.
