Your Role

As a Global Team Lead, you will plan, develop, and implement world-class global services in line with our HR strategy. We aim to develop a scalable programme for seamless employee movement, and you will be the key to achieving this. Your knowledge and strong operation background will help optimize our existing local processes and develop new ones globally where possible. This position will report to Vice President, Compensation & Benefits.

  • Manage end-to-end support for group, including developing and implementing policies and related initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with all changes in the Malaysian immigration law to ensure the smooth relocation of expatriates to the country.
  • Guide and communicate with employees moving to other locations, group, stakeholders, and service providers internal and external.
  • Establish and manage vendor relationships and assess their services and processes annually to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Facilitate international relocations while maintaining excellent compliance and efficiency with immigration regulations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare business cases on hiring expatriates for regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee and coach team members in daily activities. Train them on process enhancements and efficient delivery.
Requirements

A university degree in a relevant field

6+ years of experience

Strong project management skills with experience creating and documenting processes to help scale the program

Ability to work with operational and strategic levels

Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

A team-oriented mindset and experience in managing teams

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Excellent spoken and written English communications skills
