We seek a Lead Data Analyst to join our LATAM Team and contribute to the company's expansion into international markets, with a deep understanding of advanced analytical techniques, product algorithms, neural networks, and business acumen of product categories. The primary focus of this role is to ensure client success by developing and implementing innovative processes that enhance the quality and reliability of final analytics on SaaS projects within the Retail channel.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the client’s success by developing and implementing new processes in the Retail and maintaining the quality of final analytics SAAS projects of the Retail channel: input speed, recognition accuracy, correctness of the entered metrics and settings;
  • Develop a methodology for working on projects in the Retail direction, aligning with industry best practices and the evolving needs of clients;
  • Organize the work of data markup operator and junior analysts, ensuring the quality of analytics of the provided data;
  • Foster effective communication channels between Customer Success Managers (CSM), Level 3 Analysts, Data Analysts, and Clients to optimize the overall client experience;
  • Maintenance of SaaS projects in the Retail direction, contributing to stable client satisfaction and retention;
  • Timely adaptation of products to meet evolving client needs, leading to improved service quality;
  • Facilitation of Customer Success through the client's ability to maximize business efficiency using our products and services, ultimately contributing to revenue growth.

Requirements :

  • Native/Fluent Spanish and knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus;
  • Upper-Intermediate English;
  • Experience in FMCG, Pharma or Retail and/or IT B2B SaaS;
  • Experience working with large amounts of information (analytical data);
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, cleanse, and structure information, find patterns, and draw conclusions;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (Advanced) and ability to write macros.

Will be a plus :

  • Experience with Team Management;
  • Experience with Project Administration in FMCG;
  • Experience working in IT on SaaS projects;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (BI);
  • Experience with SQL.
